Well I am learning more and more every day as we continue to beat the heck out of our bodies! The gains we are all obtaining more that meet our training goals. Awesome vids guys... I am impressed... I want to know all your alls Bios so I can judge my rate of improvement.. Maybe a timeline of weight and weights and such .. I will do one on my page. Thanks for sharing- Mikey
