Motto

Just added a slide show of some of our groups training hope they are entertaining. I didn't make it out to train today because of some family obligations but, I plan on hitting it hard tomorrow. Matt is out of town this week so it will just be me, at least it won't take to long to finish a set. It is always harder to push yourself when your alone. But as Forrest Griffin says "The Juice is worth the squeeze". This is one of my adopted personal motto's, I find it to be very true the more you put into yourself and a workout the more you will take away from it.

Well the blog is finally finished. I think it looks pretty good if I don't say so myself. lol Starting Monday October 6, 2008 I will be posting daily updates of my training.
