Well the blog is finally finished. I think it looks pretty good if I don't say so myself. lol Starting Monday October 6, 2008 I will be posting daily updates of my training. I also hope to add articles and news that help promote strength and fitness. I hope you all like the new layout and keep coming to visit the blog.
